About us …
It was 2009 when Swedish and Estonian investors came together to combine their capital, knowledge-base and expertise to form a company, which would cover the whole process of real estate development from start to finish.
We’re mostly operating and are geared towards commercial real estate development where we base our expertise on our seasoned professionals who have been operating in Scandinavian and Estonian markets for over a decade. We are always looking for new challenges and are open to expansion opportunities.
Current
Our current focus is concentrated towards three main areas in Estonia; Jüri Techhnopark, Kitseküla development and Filtri development in Tallinn. Yearly profits have been yielded from 10,000 m2 of leased space and we continue to develop in these high potential areas.
